Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Western Territory is seeking a Seasonal Driver to transport bell ringers and equipment along daily routes. The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a 40-hour work week and a pay rate of $16.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license and being at least 21 are required, with background checks every two years.

Responsibilities include supervising bell ringers, clocking times, and ensuring proper safety and conduct per Corps Officer and Kettle Coordinator guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be a High School graduate or equivalent.
• Six months of successful work experience in retail, resale, warehousing, driving or a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport Bell Ringers, kettles and gear according to the route schedule.
• Clock in/out Bell Ringers and track times per shift.
• Supervise Bell Ringers and report on appearance and performance as needed.
• Provide instructions and guidance to Bell Ringers as directed.
