Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of clerical experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older to drive.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Bilingual in Corps location language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct kettle orientation for employees and volunteers.
• Prepare paperwork for all Seasonal Kettle employees.
• Enter information into kettle program accurately.
• Recruit and assign volunteers to kettle locations.
• Prepare kettle schedules daily to maximize net income.
• Take inventory of kettle equipment and report/replace damages.
• Prepare schedule routes for Kettle Driver.
• Respond to complaints at kettle locations.
• Supervise, train and discipline employees as required.
• Prepare kettle income for deposit following TSA policy.
• Arrange Angel Trees in stores for donations.
• Assist with toy donation activities.
• Kettle Driver duties as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance.
