The Salvation Army Martinsville Service Center is seeking a Seasonal Kettle Coordinator to manage the kettle fundraising program. This non-exempt role recruits, trains, schedules, and supervises bell ringers while maintaining records and supporting events.

You will drive Salvation Army vehicles, handle kettle funds, report daily income, and cooperate with community leaders. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required; prior kettle experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of kettle fundraising experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and coordinate bell ringers by interviewing, screening, and selecting employees and volunteers.
• Schedule and oversee staff and volunteers, assigning duties and ensuring adherence to Salvation Army policies.
• Maintain kettle program records, including daily income, hours, and participation; assist with funds handling and deposits.
• Drive Salvation Army vehicles to deliver/collect kettles, supplies, and materials; support events and volunteer recognition.
