Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard bell ringers/kettle drivers and provide necessary training.
• Track and verify hours for payroll and timekeeping.
• Distribute daily schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Oversee kettle placement, pickup, and site visits to thank volunteers.
• Enter and track collection data and assist with reports.
• Provide on-the-ground support by covering shifts or routes as needed.
