The Salvation Army Northern Division St. Cloud Corps is seeking a Kettle Coordinator for the Red Kettle Campaign. This seasonal role hires and trains bell ringers and kettle drivers, manages time sheets, and schedules staff and volunteers.

Based in St. Cloud, MN, the position pays $20 per hour, 40 hours per week, with at least 12 weeks of work through December 2026. Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Manage time sheets for paid staff and volunteers.
• Share daily schedules and resolve scheduling issues.
• Oversee kettle placement and pickup; ensure equipment functions correctly.
• Enter data and track collections and bell ringer hours.
