UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Romoland, California is seeking a reliable Temporary Journeyman Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will maintain a range of equipment including delivery vehicles, heavy duty tractors, and trailers with diesel, gasoline, and alternative power sources.

Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills are essential. The role requires flexibility for 2nd or 3rd shifts, with varying schedules depending on location, and work at 1457 E.

Formación

• Current documented automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and personal computer.
• Possesses full complement of personal hand tools.
• Class A CDL - Preferred.
• Wears personal protective equipment and can work safely in variable conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Meets D.O.T requirements as needed by job assignment.
• Bends, stoops, climbs, stands, and rotates body to complete tasks.
• Operates standard and manual transmission vehicles and power tools.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and adheres to safety protocols.
• Communicates effectively with team and supervisors to complete tasks.
• Keeps records of maintenance and reports as required.
