Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in California is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team. You will maintain delivery vehicles, heavy-duty tractors, and trailers from various manufacturers, using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting electrical and engine systems.

Qualifications include active driver's license, willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift, and possession of your own hand tools. Class A/B CDL preferred; we offer paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current automotive mechanical experience required.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment, scan tools and PC.

Responsibilities

• Meets D.O.T requirements as per job assignment.
• Bends, stoops, squats, kneels, crouches, climbs ladders and stairs, stands, walks, and turns/pivots frequently.
• Sits infrequently, as required.
• Handles hand grasping and fine motor tasks.
• Operates standard and manual transmission vehicles.
• Operates power and pneumatic tools.
