Responsibilities

• Assign jobs to outbound batches and move them to manufacturing/setting/repair steps.
• Pull components for manufacturing as needed and receive and assign incoming customer diamonds.

Summary

Oversees, directs, and provides communication for all priority jobs, outbound jobs and internal movement of jobs, ensuring all job components are assigned to the job and completed jobs are received in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

• Oversees all outbound job processes for Gemstone, Moissanite, Lab Grown, Amazon Prime, customer, and purchase orders.
• Ensures all priority jobs get attention immediately.
• Handles all the Product Alert emails.
• Prints jobs from the job list within the Company's database software.
• Locate and pull components by job, and assign components to individual jobs.
• As necessary, remove gemstones from product packs and adjust Inventory on items.
• Assist in matching gemstones for jobs when needed.
• Assign jobs to the proper outbound batch.
• Ensure all jobs are sent to manufacturing, the shop for setting, repairs, laser, engraving, etc.
• Pulls components needed for manufacturing jobs when needed.
• Receives outside customer diamonds, receives in, and assigns to correct jobs.
• Follow through with rejected jobs to ensure the job is corrected and completed.
• Exports jobs to Mexico.
• Reviews Job Analysis screen daily to ensure jobs are on track for delivery.
• Replenish picking locations from overstock racks.
• Use a ruler, mm gauge, loop, or mandrel for sizing and product specifications.
• Regular attendance and compliance with the Company's handbook policies and procedures.

Physical Demands

• Approximately 40% of the job is sitting at the workstation and using a computer and mouse.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.

Work Environment

Individuals working in the secure area are required to follow the Company's Secure Area Dress Code and Security policies and procedures. All clothing must be free from metal, and no metal worn into the secure area of the building. Any metal present inside or outside the body due to a medical condition must be visually inspected or reasonable accommodations may be made.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:05 p.m., with overtime and Saturday hours required based on business demands and seasonal needs.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma

Preferred Education and Experience

• 1 or more years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 or more years of experience coordinating product movement.
