Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1+ years in a warehouse preferred.
• Experience coordinating product movement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outbound job processes for gemstones, jewelry and orders.
• Ensure all priority jobs receive attention and are completed timely.
• Handle Product Alert emails and print jobs from company database.
• Locate and pull components by job and assign to individual jobs.
• Assign jobs to outbound batches and move them to manufacturing/setting/repair steps.
• Pull components for manufacturing as needed and receive and assign incoming customer diamonds.
