Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory. You will help ensure shelves are stocked and stockroom organized, enabling accurate replenishment and smooth store operations.

You will handle inbound/outbound inventory, assist with tagging and system updates, and participate in fulfilling store standards while delivering friendly service to Partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible scheduling to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inbound and outbound inventory processes.
• Ensure stock is prepared for selling floor and signage guidelines.
• Support tagging, RTVs, transfers, and markdowns per policy.
• Maintain a clean, organized stock room and uphold safety standards.
