Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. You will help maintain store inventory accuracy so the sales floor is well-stocked and ready for customers.

You’ll handle inbound/outbound inventory, tagging, and proper documentation to ensure timely replenishment. Strong organization and communication skills are required, with availability for varied shifts including nights and weekends.

• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policies.
• Maintain high productivity by achieving UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with company/state guidelines.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
