Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support Receiving and Inventory Control activities. You will ensure the sales floor is stocked and accurate, aiding replenishment and documentation with a focus on timely processes.

The role emphasizes a professional, team-driven environment where Partners collaborate to meet store goals while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing/signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns efficiently and per policy.
• Maintain high productivity to meet UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with Company/State guidelines.
• Adhere to local, federal, state laws and Company policies.
