Job summary

Boot Barn is hiring a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, stocking the sales floor, and ensuring timely, compliant processes for inbound and outbound stock.

You will work in a store environment, collaborating with teammates to meet sales goals while following company policies and safety procedures. This is a part-time, seasonal position with benefits outlined in partner programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately in the system.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns in a timely manner.
• Maintain stock room with high productivity and meet UPH targets.
• Adhere to all laws, policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers and partners.
