Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist. The role ensures the sales floor is stocked and that inventory flow is accurate to bolster selling efforts and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound inventory, updating records, and maintaining an organized stockroom. The position may require flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and complies with ticketing guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise and move it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems and complete required documentation.
