Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate in Nashville to assist with inventory flow and stock accuracy. You will help ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and support replenishment processes, documenting activity in the system and maintaining an organized stock room.

The role emphasizes accuracy in inbound/outbound inventory, adherence to company standards, and a strong service mindset to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with all company ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor in accordance with Loss Prevention guidelines.
