Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory. You will help ensure the sales floor is stocked and supports replenishment with accurate system updates and timely documentation.

The role emphasizes attention to inventory accuracy, adherence to company procedures, and collaboration with team members to uphold customer service standards. Training provided on store processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with inbound/outbound inventory processing.
• Knowledge of stock room organization and proper signage.
• Ability to follow company policies for ticketing and signage.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and complies with ticketing guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per company policies.
• Maintain high productivity to achieve UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Adhere to local, state and company policies and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork with customers and partners.
