Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support receiving and inventory control in our store. The role ensures timely stocking of merchandise on the sales floor and accuracy of inventory in the system, while maintaining a clean, organized stock room and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound inventory, verifying deliveries, tagging merchandise, and inputting freight data.

Qualifications

• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving to the sales floor.
• Input freight information accurately into the systems.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity through UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and compliant with guidelines.
• Follow local, state and company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.

• Verify all merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure all merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with all company ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor in accordance with Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Ensure the timely and accurate input for all freight information through the appropriate systems.
• Execute all RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or mark downs efficiently and timely to Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a neat and orderly stock room that is compliant with all Company/State guidelines.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.
