Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory accuracy. You will help ensure the sales floor is stocked and ready to promote a positive customer experience, while supporting replenishment and proper system documentation.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and adherence to company guidelines, with a focus on efficient stock flow and teamwork with partners and vendors.

Qualifications

• Fosters a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Processes all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verifies merchandise deliveries meet company standards.
• Prepares merchandise for selling floor with proper signage and tickets.
• Maintains stockroom organization and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor with proper ticketing and signage.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise prior to moving it to the selling floor.
