Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory. You will help ensure the sales floor is stocked and processes are completed promptly, supporting replenishment and accurate stock flow.

This role emphasizes attentiveness to inventory procedures, adherence to company standards, and professional teamwork with partners and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; build long-standing customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for the selling floor and complies with tagging and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately into the appropriate systems.
• Execute RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per Company policies.
• Maintain productivity by achieving UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat and organized in compliance with Company/State guidelines.
• Adhere to local, federal and state laws as well as Company policies and practices.
• Perform other duties assigned by management; demonstrate professionalism in communication and teamwork.
