Job summary

Boot Barn seeks a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in keeping the store's inventory accurate and on the floor for customers. You will process inbound and outbound stock, verify deliveries, tag merchandise, and ensure swift replenishment.

Maintain a clean stock room and follow loss prevention guidelines while upholding professionalism and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control or retail stock management.
• Ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume receiving and stocking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist to maintain store inventory accuracy.
• Process inbound/outbound inventory with accuracy and according to procedures.
• Verify deliveries against orders and company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and properly labeled.
• Maintain clean, organized stock room and incident-free storage area.
• Contribute to achieving UPH targets through efficient stocking and replenishment.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and local/state regulations.
