Job summary

Boot Barn in Dedham, MA is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to assist the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in maintaining store inventory and ensuring stock is accurately reflected in the system.

You will help prepare merchandise for the floor, support replenishment, and maintain organized stock areas while following company procedures. This is a part-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills required.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify deliveries are compliant and accurate to company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor and comply with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately in the systems in a timely manner.
• Carry out RTVs, orders, transfers, re-tickets or markdowns per policy.
• Maintain productivity by meeting UPH targets.
• Keep the stock room neat, orderly, and compliant with company/state guidelines.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
