Job summary

Boot Barn in Everett, Massachusetts is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to support receiving and stock control. The role ensures inventory accuracy and ready-to-sell merchandise on the floor through careful processing, tagging, and documentation.

As a Part-time partner, you will help maintain stockroom organization, follow Loss Prevention guidelines, and deliver strong customer service while upholding store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willing to work extended hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming/outbound inventory with accuracy.
• Verify merchandise deliveries are compliant and accurate to Company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is prepared for selling floor and complies with ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Place EAS tags on merchandise before moving it to the sales floor per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Maintain a neat, organized stock room compliant with Company/State guidelines.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies and practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers and teammates.
