Job Description

The Seasonal Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This role involves assisting customers during their purchasing process, with a sales target of achieving a 30% conversion rate. You will engage in authentic conversations to identify customer needs and facilitate order placement. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Military veterans are encouraged to apply.

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
  • Assist customers with purchases and post-order support.
  • Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
  • Persuade customers to purchase additional products/services.
  • Build relationships and find new ways to retain customers.
  • Track and document information in databases.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of products/services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred.
  • Offer additional products/services.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, recommending products, telemarketing, etc.).
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and sales conversion.
  • Open availability.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Quiet, distraction-free home environment.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and learning new technologies.
  • Strong computer skills and PC knowledge.
  • Reliable desktop/laptop and high-speed internet (no wireless hotspots or satellite).
  • Must reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address.
