Job Description

The Seasonal Inside Sales Representative (Remote) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. This role involves assisting customers during their purchasing journey, with a sales target of a 30% conversion rate. Responsibilities include engaging in authentic conversations to identify customer needs, facilitating order placement, and offering additional products and services. Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Assist customers in completing purchases and post-order support
• Ask probing questions to understand customer needs
• Persuade customers to purchase additional products/services
• Build relationships and find ways to retain customers
• Track and document information in databases
• Maintain broad knowledge of products/services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS/MacOS is preferred
• Offer additional products/services and deliver excellent customer experiences

Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, recommending products, telemarketing)
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
• Open availability
• High school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Ability to multitask efficiently
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Strong computer skills and PC knowledge
• Reliable desktop or laptop with internet; work computer may be provided
• High-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Residency in the United States with a valid U.S. address
