Key Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support following a call flow guide
• Assist customers with purchases and post-order support
• Ask probing questions and persuade customers to consider additional products/services
• Build relationships, retain customers, and document information in databases
• Maintain knowledge of products such as smartphones, tablets, computers, wearables; familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS is preferred
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• 6+ months of soft sales experience (upselling, recommending products, telemarketing)
• Strong relationship-building skills and communication abilities
• Open availability and high school diploma or GED
• Quiet, distraction-free home environment
• Proficiency in multitasking, computer navigation, and PC knowledge
• High-speed internet (no hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
• Reside in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address
