Job summary

CVS Health in Massachusetts is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover shifts and support store pharmacy teams across the district, including traveling to stores as needed.

You will ensure safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory control, and collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader.

This part-time role requires active pharmacist license, NPI, and ability to work nights/weekends, with a pay range of $60–$76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in stores within the district.
• Ensure safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Coach and guide Pharmacy Technicians.
• Travel within district to fill shifts.
• Help resolve insurance and medication issues.
