Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across stores within the district. You will support the Pharmacy Manager, ensure safe dispensing, and model compassionate patient care in a busy retail setting.

Active pharmacist license, NPI, and ability to travel are required. This part-time role offers a pay range of $65.00–$81.00 per hour, with 29 hours weekly and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Living CVS Health values and ensuring safe and accurate dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
• Traveling within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and support the Pharmacy Manager.
• Assist in overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring patient safety and service quality.
• Provide immunizations and coaching to pharmacy technicians.
• Support inventory management and cold-chain protection across pharmacies.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and CVS Health policies.
