Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rink operations and safety for the outdoor ice rink.
• Supervise 2–4 seasonal employees and manage staff schedules.
• Maintain equipment and ice quality, coordinate with vendors and events.
• Deliver excellent guest service and enforce rink rules and safety policies.
• Assist with revenue-generating experiences and weekly reporting.
