Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal HR professional to support Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Compliance across UPS locations.

This role requires close collaboration with Operations and on-site presence to manage employee concerns, onboarding/offboarding activities, and learning sessions. The candidate will demonstrate strong communication, confidentiality, and travel readiness to participate in recruiting events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Exceptional oral, written, and interactive communication skills
• Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
• Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
• Ability to travel to support recruiting events/operations initiatives

Responsibilities

• Promotes highly effective relationships between HR and Operations partners, recruiting organizations, external customers, and peers to share accountability and provide valued support for achieving business goals.
• Composes clear communications of HR processes, changes, or updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Promotes organizational change and cultural transformation to ensure the organization’s strategic and tactical initiatives are effectively executed.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge base, consistent time management skills, and strong organizational skills to provide an effective consultative partnership with business management.
• Develops effective tools to organize, prioritize, delegate, and create solutions to meet HR initiatives in a timely manner.
