Job summary

District Photo Inc. is seeking an organized Seasonal HR Coordinator to support onsite HR during peak production season. The role focuses on onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining HR records to keep processes moving smoothly.

This hands-on, fast-paced position requires collaboration with employees, candidates, supervisors, and the HR team, with a focus on confidentiality and responsive service during peak times.

• Proficient with computers, email, Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and online systems.
• Willingness to learn new HR systems and procedures quickly.
• Professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Previous HR, administrative, recruiting, payroll, customer-service, or office experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new-hire onboarding and orientation activities.
• Ensure new-hire paperwork and employment documentation are completed accurately and timely.
• Maintain employee files, HR records, spreadsheets, and tracking reports.
• Assist employees with routine HR questions and direct more complex issues to the HR team.
• Support recruiting activities when additional hiring assistance is needed.
• Coordinate new-hire start dates, orientation schedules, and employee communications.
• Assist with attendance and employee-information tracking.
• Enter and review information in HR systems.
• Help maintain records during periods of high-volume hiring.
• Assist with employee events, communications, and seasonal workforce activities.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information.
• Provide general administrative and HR support as business needs change during peak season.
