National Western Stock Show in Denver, CO is seeking a Seasonal HR & Reception Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, guests, and the public. You will manage front-desk reception, handle calls for HR and the main line, and assist applicants through the employment process via kiosks.

The ideal candidate is customer-service oriented, organized, approachable, and discreet with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service, reception, or admin support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary receptionist for HR and assist visitors and callers.
• Greet guests, answer inquiries, and route to appropriate teams.
• Assist applicants with online and kiosk-based applications.
• Support onboarding by guiding new hires through electronic documents.
• Maintain HR records and assist with routine admin tasks.
