Job summary

National Western Stock Show in Denver is seeking a Seasonal HR & Reception Assistant to be the first point of contact for employees and applicants. You will manage reception, handle HR and main-line calls, and assist applicants with the application and onboarding process.

The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented, organized, and discreet, with strong communication and multitasking skills. This is a temporary, hourly position supporting the National Western Stock Show season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary receptionist for HR and secondary receptionist for the main line.
• Greet visitors and direct them professionally.
• Answer and route incoming calls on HR and main lines.
• Assist job applicants with online applications and kiosks.
• Support onboarding documents and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and applicant information.
