Target is seeking a Senior Human Resource Specialist to enable the HR operating model by delivering consistent HR processes, routines, and tools. You will be a reliable resource, ensuring programs are delivered accurately and efficiently with a strong focus on the team member experience.

You will engage with site leadership and cross‑functional teams to support staffing, retention, engagement and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheets.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multi‑task.

• Support onboarding and workforce routines processes.
• Ensure timely completion and accurate recordkeeping of required training.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR services and guidance to leaders and team members.
• Assist with staffing and onboarding activities and vendor interactions as needed.
