Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in human resources or an administrative role.
• Proficiency in navigating computer databases and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work occasional nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and coordination in HR databases and systems.
• Support HR processes related to staffing, payroll, scheduling and postings.
• Utilize software to maintain, compile and interpret data for records and reports.
• Support HR initiatives across the organization and provide insights to leadership.
• Maintain internal HR records including timekeeping, attendance and I-9s.
