Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Material Handler in Winchester, VA to efficiently prepare, process and move merchandise across multiple departments. You will be cross-trained to support various functions and ensure safety, accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities include receiving, packing, shipping, data entry for reports, and maintaining quality customer service with vendors and locations. A safe, compliant workspace and willingness to work any shift with overtime are required.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English to follow rules, training and safety instructions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to complete company training and cross-train in at least 2 departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, prepare, ship orders and handle returns.
• Input data to generate reports.
• Provide high‑quality internal and external customer service with vendors and locations.
• Promote safety by following OSHA and company rules and reporting violations.
• Follow company policies on accuracy and productivity.
• Maintain attendance and comply with dress code requirements.
• Be flexible with shift and overtime as needed.
