Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year degree from an accredited technical or vocational school and two years HR experience or equivalent.
• Previous HR, administrative, clerical, recruiting, onboarding, or data-entry experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize information, maintain records, and meet deadlines.
• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while following procedures and instructions.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and data entry.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and onboarding of seasonal Bell Ringers, reviewing applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain personnel files and seasonal records.
• Enter and update employee information in relevant systems.
• Assist with processing new hires, forms, changes, and HR documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, payroll, and HR information.
• Respond to routine HR questions professionally and courteously.
• Prepare, organize, photocopy, scan, and file HR/administrative documents.
• Maintain lists, logs, spreadsheets, calendars, and other office records.
• Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Support routine administrative tasks to aid HR office operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Area Commander.
