• Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HRIS maintenance, and HR administration onsite.
• Assist with offer letters, travel, and bonus tracking.
• Maintain employee files and timekeeping records.
• Provide customer service to employees and resolve routine inquiries.
• Prepare onboarding materials and orientation packets.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance.
