American Girl Distribution Center in DeForest, Wisconsin is hiring Seasonal Forklift Drivers to support our peak season from September through December. This temporary role helps move and manage inventory in a fast-paced, automated warehouse.

You will operate forklifts, RF scanners, and a Windows-based WMS to ensure safe, accurate product flow. The position requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for the full seasonal period, including some

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be available September–December, including possible weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred.
• Experience with Windows-based warehouse systems and RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Unload inbound trailers and support product flow.
• Transport inventory to reserve, active, and dock locations.
• Move inventory while maintaining accuracy.
• Support replenishment and inventory movements as needed.
• Use RF scanning to process receipts, transfers, and movements.
• Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Assist with container unloading, unpacking, and loading shipments.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
