Job summary

American Girl Distribution Center in DeForest, Wisconsin is seeking Seasonal Forklift Drivers to support operations from September through December. This is a temporary seasonal role established to provide additional staffing during the holiday peak period. The regular schedule is 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with potential weekend shifts. You will safely operate forklifts, move inventory, and ensure accuracy using RF scanners and Windows-based warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be available to work the full seasonal assignment period, approximately September through December, including weekend shifts as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to complete forklift training and certification.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience with warehouse software and RF scanners preferred.
• Commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Unload inbound trailers and support timely flow of product.
• Transport and place inventory in reserve, active, breakout, and dock locations.
• Unload trailers and move product while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support movement and replenishment of inventory to meet operational needs.
• Use warehouse management systems to initiate moves and replenishments.
• Use RF scanners to process receipts and transfers.
• Perform daily pre-operational inspections of equipment and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and assist with additional warehouse tasks.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
