Job summary

SPS North America, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic Hosts for the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center in New York, NY.

This seasonal, part-time role (25 hours/week) involves greeting guests, guiding them through the attraction, and sharing safety information to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Shifts run between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with business hours spanning 7:00 AM–12:00 AM daily.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to be flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet, and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide directions and assist with guest flow throughout the attraction.
• Share safety information and provide insights about Top of the Rock and NYC.
• Admit ticket holders using wireless terminals.
• Manage crowd flow and assist leadership in addressing flow challenges.
• Respond thoughtfully to guest inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
