Cherry Hill Programs is seeking an Assistant Local Manager to help lead a seasonal team and deliver a magical guest experience at Santa visits and photo operations. You will support hiring, training, scheduling, and daily operations to ensure a high-quality photo experience for families.

The role offers flexible scheduling in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow within the souvenir photography division across North America.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with strong communication and organization skills.
• Experience leading a team in retail or service is preferred.
• Comfortable handling cash and performing sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations, including scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to maintain a top guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or Local Management.
• Support inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
