Job summary

Crate and Barrel is seeking a Seasonal Operations Associate to support store teams during the holidays. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist with displays, and fulfill curbside and ship-from-store orders while delivering friendly service.

Under leadership, you’ll help meet sales and service goals, promote promotions, and ensure safety and loss prevention guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork and product knowledge with a flexible weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds; heavier items lifted with team.
• Must be able to work the weekend after Thanksgiving and the days surrounding Christmas

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks in an organized stockroom.
• Assist leadership with stocking displays and ensuring products on the floor are available for customers to purchase.
• Process incoming/outgoing packages, curbside pickup orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as directed by leadership.
• Engage customers, share product knowledge, and promote products to drive sales.
• Model teamwork and help leadership maintain store profitability and operational excellence.
• Promote store promotions, brand initiatives, services, and collaborations to customers.
• Maintain awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety per leadership guidelines.
