Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for Edison Mall to lead our photo operations during the busy season.

You will supervise a small team, manage schedules, train staff, drive guest service, and ensure a magical Santa visit and memorable photo experiences. This part-time role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lead a team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Experience in retail or guest service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance.
• Submit daily deposits and financial paperwork.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Support efficient operations with host venues.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure positive experiences.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
