Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort seeks a seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator at Snow Valley in Running Springs, CA. You will dig earth and remove snow, and assist with building maintenance both inside and outside the facility.

Starting wage is $23.83 to $28.60 per hour, depending on experience; candidates must meet posted qualifications and be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Able to pass company training.
• Calm demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to read and follow safety/maintenance docs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely to dig earth and remove snow.
• Assist with routine building maintenance and repairs (inside and outside).
• Work at Snow Valley in Running Springs, CA.
• Starting wage between $23.83/hr and $28.60/hr depending on experience.
