Job summary

Big Bear Mountain Resort in Big Bear Lake, CA, is seeking a Seasonal Heavy Equipment Operator for Snow Summit. You will operate heavy equipment safely to dig earth and remove snow, supporting winter operations at one of Southern California's premier ski areas.

Starting wage ranges from $26.69/hr to $32.03/hr, depending on experience. Must be 21+, possess a valid CA Class A or B license, and be available for second/third shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid California Class A or B driver's license with a clean record.
• Verifiable experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to pass company training to operate equipment.
• Calm and composed demeanor during challenging operations.
• Ability to read, understand, and comply with safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Able to record data accurately and timely.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including second/third shifts, weekends and holidays.
