Job summary

Snow Summit LLC in the San Bernardino Mountains is seeking a seasonal heavy equipment operator to help dig earth and clear snow at Snow Valley, Running Springs. You will support maintenance tasks and work outdoors in diverse winter conditions.

Starting wage ranges from $23.83 to $28.60 per hour, with shifts including weekends and holidays. Applicants must be 21+, have a California driver's license, and pass training to operate equipment; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Verifiable experience operating heavy equipment.
• Able to pass Company training to operate equipment.
• Calm and collected demeanor during challenging operations.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and operating instructions.
• Able to record data accurately and on time.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including second/third shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner to dig earth and remove snow.
• Provide assistance performing routine building maintenance and repair inside and outside.
• Work at Snow Valley in Running Springs and support site operations.
