Contract Talent Advisor / Senior Talent Advisor

Location: Remote with Travel (20% travel)
Type: Full Time

Salary: $45,000-$62,000 + Uncapped Monthly Bonus Incentives

Contract duration: Approximately 2-3 months

Min. Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of direct recruitment/interviewing experience, managing 30-35 positions at one time, or hiring event experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools, including screening and partnering with hiring managers.

As a Sr. Talent Advisor, you will help expand our reach across the country, hiring clinical and non-clinical talent, and ensuring children access to ABA services.

What You'll Do

• Manage the attraction process from identifying talent to making offers.
• Partner with leadership to align staffing needs.
• Build trust-based relationships with candidates.
• Attract qualified clinical talent (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs).
• Analyze recruitment efforts and report to leadership.
