Disney Live Entertainment in Anaheim, CA seeks a Seasonal Guest Talent Assistant to support festival and event operations, coordinating logistics, guest groups, and on-site safety. You will work with cast members across departments, handle ticketing and merchandise details, and adapt to changing schedules while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

This part-time, seasonal role offers exposure to high-profile Disney events and the chance to contribute to magical productions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Performing Arts/Education preferred.
• Experience working with or leading large groups.
• Comfortable navigating a theme park environment for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily event logistics, transportation, and technical arrangements.
• Provide guests with complete, accurate information and instructions.
• Accommodate group needs within policies and show standards.
• Identify potential problems and arrange solutions.
• Document event details: ticketing, merchandise, performance, and logistics.
• Use radio, phone, and computer for daily operations.
• Collaborate with cast members across departments and guests from around the world.
• Assist in controlling vehicle traffic and safety procedures.
