REVELxp is seeking a Seasonal Event Coordinator to support revenue and operations at assigned properties, reporting to the General Manager, Event Manager or Deputy General Manager to execute company objectives from conception to completion. This is a seasonal, full-time, hourly role through December with potential for growth into full-time salaried employment.

Responsabilités

• Execute premium events at local properties, including site maps, logs, signage, and catering setup.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate part-time event staff for game day operations.
• Coordinate weekly staff meetings to align priorities and expectations.
• Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain logs, assets, and inventories; oversee incident/problem resolution during events.
