SPSV ENTERTAINMENT LLC is seeking an Admissions Representative to manage admissions and guest services at SkyPark. The role requires weekend/holiday availability and a strong service mindset to deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will greet guests, manage transactions with CenterEdge POS, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of park hours and pricing. This seasonal position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and high-quality guest care.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests entering the park with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge about SkyPark hours of operation and prices.
• Communicate clearly and professionally when working with fellow employees and guests.
• Handle a high traffic/stress area in a calm, respectful manner.
• Process transactions and manage reservations using the CenterEdge POS System, including ticket sales, refunds with manager approval, and date changes.
• Be flexible to cover the unexpected needs of SkyPark.
• Ensure waivers are signed and saved before entry.
• Follow cleaning procedures and provide the highest quality of service.
